Hello! And welcome to the little bit of the internet called Prospecting Distant Systems. It’s named after a song by a little known Edinbugh band called She Dreams of Faraway Stars.

Prospecting Distant Systems is written by a chap called dunc in Birmingham (or check this link if like me you enjoy disputes on wikipedia talk pages) and it’s basically to try and tie up all my band stuff in the same place.

I’m in two bands who gig relatively regularly at the moment - Lime Chalks and Falling and Laughing. Both have currently got little sections of the site to themselves so feel free to have a look round, they’re both fairly different.

I also run an indiepop night called The Autumn Store, but that’s another website entirely.

Astronomy is also a good thing and the headers will change every so often to Astonomy themed things. One day I’ll write my own planet suite. Science!

If there’s been no updates here in ages then I’m probably procrastinating over at anorak, so come and give me a kick up the arse.
